Stor-Rite & Ketchikan
Our facility shows pride of ownership with careful attention to the continued maintenance of our facility. We are a locally owned & operated business with lifelong ties to the community. We offer the comfort of a well-lit exterior as well as indvidual lighting in each unit in an effort to provide a safe environment 24 hours a day. We're located upland, above Ward Cove, directly behind the Alaska State Troopers Station.
With roughly 14,000 residents, Ketchikan is the 4th largest city in the State & a central hub of commerce for many outlying areas in SE Alaska. Between seasonal tourism, commercial fishing & a large Coast Guard base, we have a portion of the population that is always cycling through. With constant incoming/outgoing traffic there is large demand for storage, & we're proud to provide our community with this service.
Ketchikan is also located in the Tongass Nat'l Rainforest, giving us an average rainfall of 150" per year. This high amount of wind/rain really takes it's toll on buildings, which is why we work to provide constant & consistent maintenance to our buildings in an effort to provide the driest possible storage.
